The walkthrough
Sign in to your ViaVib business account. Open Campaigns, then select Email studio. This is where you create, save, edit and review your campaigns.
Helpful tip: Only use the organisation you intend to send on behalf of.
Open your business email settings and add the email address you want customers to recognise. If you use your own domain, follow the displayed domain-verification instructions and wait for verification before sending.
Helpful tip: Use a real, monitored business inbox so customers can recognise you and reply.
In Email studio, select a suitable layout, add your business branding, and edit the subject, headings, body copy, images and buttons. You can save a draft and return later.
Helpful tip: Keep the subject accurate, explain the offer clearly and include relevant terms.
Set up and select approved destination links for your buttons. Review the email preview, replace placeholder text and check that every button opens the correct page. Resolve critical quality warnings before continuing.
Helpful tip: Do not include misleading links, unfinished content or unapproved destinations.
Choose the relevant customer group and available audience filters. ViaVib checks marketing permissions and excludes contacts who are not eligible to receive the email.
Helpful tip: Only market to people with the required permission; never import or message a purchased list.
Review the estimated eligible recipient count and the campaign's email-credit quote. Confirm your organisation has sufficient credits. The final audience can change as permissions and delivery eligibility change.
Helpful tip: The studio displays credits, not a guaranteed fixed cash price per message.
Select the available timing option, such as sending now or scheduling for later. Double-check the date, time, sender, audience and message before submitting. Test messages should go only to your own verified address.
Helpful tip: A saved draft is not the same as a submitted campaign.
Return to Campaigns and open Delivery & Reputation to review campaign progress, delivery outcomes, failures and exclusions. Respect unsubscribe requests and use the reports to improve your next campaign.
Helpful tip: Provider acceptance is not always proof that a recipient opened or read an email.
Complete the sender verification requested in your business email settings before using that identity.
Use only contacts you are authorised to market to, with the appropriate permission recorded. The eligible audience is checked before delivery.
The studio displays your balance and quote. Add sufficient credits before sending; insufficient credits may pause delivery.
Yes. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe route, and opted-out contacts should be excluded from future sends.
Open Campaigns → Delivery & Reputation to see the available campaign and delivery statuses.
No. Delivery status does not guarantee that someone opened, read or acted on your message.
