Payments for memberships are coming soon. Reviewing or choosing a pack takes no money and does not reserve or activate membership or credits. Included credits must be used within the 12-month membership period. QR materials are digital printable files. Activation dates and final terms will be provided before payments open. Included modules are package entitlements, not a claim that every module is live.
Shared business media storage
Planned allowance for pictures and videos used in both advertising and social publishing. Each business gets 512 MB free. Paid plans range from 10 GB for £2.99 per month to 1 TB for £29.99 per month. Each plan is a total allowance. One original file used across several networks counts once; separate stored conversions count by actual storage.

Proposed retention: up to 90 days before publication plus 12 days after (102 days in total from upload). Failed or unresolved publishing jobs need protection and manual reconciliation before any deletion. Scheduled media must remain covered by sufficient storage throughout the required period.

Advertising and promotion
Use your own ad account
You pay the advertising network directly. ViaVib's existing service-credit charges, shown before submission, are separate from your network spend.
No proposed percentage-of-spend fee for own-account campaigns.
ViaVib-managed advertising
15% proposed service fee
Example: £100 network advertising budget plus £15 ViaVib service fee = £115, before applicable VAT.
Coming soon, subject to advertiser approval and payment verification. No duplicate ad-push credit fee is intended in this proposed managed model.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, social publishing, advertising and sponsored-offer services may use different credit rates. Your current rate, applicable plan or package, and final campaign cost are shown in the business console before submission. Rates vary by service and should not be represented by a single fixed price here.
